Noble Concrete & Precast is looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our Precast Department.

This is a hands-on position that may include:
✔ Rebar cutting and bending
✔ Rebar cage building
✔ Concrete pouring and finishing
✔ Precast form setup and breakout
✔ General production duties as needed

We're looking for someone who:
🔹 Is self-motivated and takes initiative
🔹 Doesn't wait to be told what to do next
🔹 Works hard until the job is done
🔹 Is willing to learn new skills and grow with our team
🔹 Takes pride in quality work

Previous construction, manufacturing, welding, or concrete experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are even more important.

Meet the Precast Team 👷‍♂️

Issac plays a key role in making sure our products start right from the inside out. He’s responsible for cutting, bending, and assembling the rebar for our feed bunks and water tanks—work that directly impacts the strength and durability of every piece we produce.

He recently completed the ACI Fresh Concrete Technician course in Springfield and is continuing to grow his knowledge of the craft.

He also happens to be related to a familiar face- Jesse Jones, our loader operator and QA/QC Manager. Do you see the resemblance? 😀
