Shiner is always happy to show up for work and does a remarkable job at chasing away birds, squirrels, rabbits, flying insects, and this morning a deer. Basically anything that moves.

Sugarloaf Mountain Sawmill & Farm would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our Employee of the Month, Jim.
JIm wins the bread at his full time Owens Corning job, and runs the sawmill in his spare time, when it’s not raining or there’s nothing else to be done.
Jim’s awesome boss, Sugar Momma will award his “over & above” efforts with an all expenses paid trip to Avon, NC in the not so near future.
