The best way to stop the poisoning of our food with cancerous glyphosate is to choose organic food.

This is not only the number one way to protect yourself from consuming glyphosate…

But this is how you cut Bayer off at the knees.

Bayer’s profits are intrinsically tied to conventional farming that is reliant on glyphosate.

Organic food is the antithesis to that.

Certified organic farming bans glyphosate and GMOs.

When you buy organic you are giving the middle finger to Bayer.

Stop funding the system that is poisoning our food

ICED WATER vs. WARM WATER: What's Your Choice Impacting Your Body?

The debate between iced water and warm water often sparks curiosity and confusion. Understanding their benefits and drawbacks can help you make more informed choices about your hydration habits.

When it comes to iced water, many people enjoy the refreshing chill it provides. However, research suggests that it may actually slow down digestion. Iced water can hinder the action of digestive enzymes, which are essential for breaking down food. Additionally, the cold temperature can solidify fats, making them harder for your body to process. While iced water does hydrate deeper tissues, it may not be the best option right before or after meals if you wish to maximize nutrient absorption.

On the other hand, warm water has several notable benefits. Drinking warm water can stimulate digestion, making it an excellent choice before meals. The warmth encourages the digestive system to function effectively, promoting better nutrient absorption. Warm water also aids in increasing blood circulation, which is crucial for overall health. Furthermore, it can assist in flushing out toxins from the body and support the lymphatic system, enhancing your body's natural detoxification processes.

Ultimately, both iced and warm water have their places in a healthy lifestyle. Your choice may depend on the situation, such as when you're in need of refreshment or when you're looking to optimize digestion. Listening to your body's cues can help you decide which option is best for you at any given moment.

By understanding the impacts of both iced and warm water, you can enhance your hydration choices and support your overall well-being.

The image of a skeleton farmer spraying pesticides on crops is a striking reminder of the dangers of industrial farming. 🌾 Many of the chemicals used on our food are designed to keep pests away, but they’re also harmful to animals—and, ironically, to humans too. Humans use these chemicals to prevent animals from eating the crops, but then we consume the very same poison ourselves.

It’s a bizarre cycle: we use toxic chemicals to protect food from wildlife, yet we often don’t think about the long-term health impacts of consuming pesticide-laden food. 🍽️ The agricultural industry often prioritizes efficiency and profit over the safety of consumers and the environment, leading to potentially harmful consequences for our health and the planet’s well-being.

We must demand better practices in farming, ones that focus on sustainability, organic methods, and the health of both humans and animals. 🌍 Supporting organic farmers and pushing for stronger regulations on pesticide use can help create a safer food system for all. 🥕

Not Weeds — Wildlife Food

Many plants we label as “weeds” play an important role in supporting local wildlife.

- Dandelions bloom early and offer bees some of their first accessible nectar and pollen of the season.

- Clover provides abundant nectar and pollen for a wide range of pollinators, from honeybees to native bumblebees.

- Native violets are the required host plants for many fritillary butterflies. Without violets, their caterpillars cannot survive.

When we treat lawns with broadleaf herbicides, we don’t just remove unwanted plants—we also remove the flowers that pollinators depend on for food.

Choosing not to spray allows these plants to grow and bloom, giving your lawn the chance to support bees, butterflies, and other wildlife. It becomes a small habitat, not just a patch of grass.
