Wow… **ONE WHOLE YEAR!** ❤️
One year ago, we took a chance, fired up the grill, and started this crazy adventure called **Gotcha Smashburgers & More**. We had no idea just how much this little food truck would become a part of our lives — or how many amazing people we would meet along the way.
Through the busy days, slow days, hot Texas heat, rain, long hours, sold-out nights, and everything in between… **YOU have supported us.** You’ve ordered burgers, tried our eggrolls, told your friends about us, shared our posts, brought your families, and kept coming back. And for that, we are incredibly thankful. ❤️
To every single person who has supported our small business over this past year — **THANK YOU!** You have helped turn a dream into something we are so proud of.
And a huge thank you to everyone who has helped us behind the scenes, encouraged us, worked alongside us, and believed in us when we decided to take this leap. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.
