Happy Spring,

As the new season begins, we hope this post finds everyone doing well. We find ourselves reflecting on the past year and on those who have helped us shape our business. We value our relationship with you and want to thank you for your support throughout the past 8 seasons at the winery. We have gained many friends and are truly honored to have been a part of such a wonderful experience at Silver Moon. And with that being said, it makes what we have to say a bit harder and that is that Silver Moon will not reopen with us as the proprietors...

The winery is for sale and ready for anyone to step in, take over, grow it, and love owning a Great business—where else can you meet so many truly wonderful people.. The time is now for us to truly embrace the word “retire” and begin the next chapter of our book.

Once again, thank you for embracing us and our business.. If you know of anyone wanting to own a winery, please pass on our information that is below.

WINTER STORM WARNING FOR SUNDY, NOVEMBER 25 at SILVER MOON WINERY

We've gotten advanced warning on a possible bad snow day tomorrow, and want to ask everyone to please check Facebook Sunday morning or phone the Tasting Room at 815-493-6888 to be sure we are open before venturing out....while we'd love to see you--I sure don't want anyone to have problems in the snow.

Shop Hop this weekend—we’ve got lots of gifts along with our wine, extra virgin olive oils, and balsamic vinegars. Come by Saturday Noon to 5 or Sunday Noon to 3 to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or Sangria

We've scheduled our next bottle design painting class for this Sunday. For more information please see the ad below and call or text Shannon to reserve your spot.

We set the date and worked with Custom Catering to select a perfect menu for a cold November evening. Information is shown below. We recommend you make your reservation early by calling the Tasting Room at 815-493-6888.

We're offering your choice of candy with a purchase of a glass of wine or sangria through the month of October, so be sure to stop by soon. Our hours from now through Season End, Sunday, November 25 will be:

Saturdays: Noon to 5pm
Sundays: Noon to 3pm
