If the weather holds, today might just be our final rooftop day of the season !

It’s been a season full of laughter, late nights, and shared bites under the sky, and we’re grateful for every moment.

So before the chill fully sets in, come join us one more time. Grab your favorite sandwich, settle in with a drink, and savor the view while it lasts.

When you think of Oktoberfest, you think of music, laughter, and of course, food that warms the soul. This weekend at Tellus 360’s 3rd Annual Oktoberfest with Tröegs Independent Brewing, we brought our take on German classics straight to the Temple, blending Lancaster’s love of local flavor with a nod to timeless Bavarian tradition.

From the moment the first steins were raised, the aroma of sizzling bratwurst and freshly baked pretzels filled the air. Our Bavarian Pretzel was a crowd favorite, a full pound of golden, salted perfection served with zesty mustard and Tröegs own Oktoberfest beer cheese. For those craving something heartier, the Bratwurst Sammie hit every note with savory sausage tucked into a Liscio steak roll with sauerkraut and a side of mustard that tied it all together.

And for the true Oktoberfest experience, the Bratwurst Platter brought it home with German-style potato salad, red cabbage, sauerkraut, and mustard, a full plate of comfort and celebration.

Events like these remind us why we love what we do. Food brings people together, and we’re proud to be part of Lancaster’s story.

Grab your lederhosen and raise your steins because we’re turning up the Bavarian spirit once again for the 3rd Annual Tröegs Oktoberfest at Tellus 360! We’re talking pretzels, bratwursts, and beer, lots of it.

We’ve whipped up a food menu worthy of any Munich beer hall. Start with our 1 lb. Bavarian Pretzel served with spicy mustard and Tröegs Oktoberfest beer cheese (because cheese + beer = happiness).

Then sink your teeth into the Bratwurst Sammie, tucked in a warm Liscio steak roll with sauerkraut and a side of mustard.
