Over the past 5 weeks, our technician Chip completed an extensive Water Treatment Technician training & certification program through Moti-Vitality!

The program included classroom & hands-on training covering water quality + testing, proper installation of water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, & filtration equipment, water purification, sanitary installation practices, & protecting our customers’ investment in their water treatment equipment! 💦

Chip also spent a full week in Michigan for in-depth classroom & hands-on training alongside other water treatment technicians from across the country. During the week, he had some time to explore the town of Holland, Michigan, & sightsee along Lake Michigan! ⛵️

When we asked Chip what the biggest thing he learned was, he said that there are multiple ways to properly install water treatment equipment, but the goal & end result remain the same: make sure the homeowner’s water quality goals are met & their expectations are exceeded. ✨

Despite a few travel hiccups, including flight cancellations & delays, Chip made the most of the experience. We appreciate the time & effort he put into continuing his education so we can provide an even higher level of service to our customers! 🫶

As HQ Water Solutions continues to grow, we look forward to utilizing the Vitality program for future technicians. A big thank you to Kelly Thompson & his team for providing a great certification program! Congratulations, Chip! 🏆
