Malt: Pilsner, Rice, Chit
Hops: Saaz, Simcoe, Citra
Yeast: Lager

Zippy, little lagerbier brewed with a good amount of flaked brown rice. The rice lifts the body of the beer while keeping it snappy and dry. Late kettle additions provide an unexpected blend of floral and citrus fruit. Brewed to usher in warmer weather and to be consumed with friends.
