Some of you have been here since the very beginning and know the whole story. Others may have only discovered us through our trailer or catering events. Either way, we're so glad you're here. โค๏ธ
Back on June 1, 2020, I launched the Gourmet Julie's Way page and started creating bi-weekly menus that I personally delivered all over Lancaster County. What began as a way to get back into the kitchen during COVID quickly became something I never expectedโa business.
At the time, I was a senior in college studying to become a dietitian. I had just spent four years working toward that career path. Then COVID hit. I quit my serving job, took a leap of faith, and decided to chase a dream that honestly didn't even have a clear roadmap.
The food industry is challenging on its own. Starting a business with zero business experience made it even more challenging. But I knew one thing for sureโI could cook.
Everything else, I learned along the way.
With the support of family, friends, loyal customers, and now a community of ๐ฑ,๐ณ๐ฌ๐ฌ+ ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ณ๐ผ๐น๐น๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐, Gourmet Julie's Way has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined. Every meal ordered, every event attended, every share, recommendation, and kind word has helped make this dream possible.
