He helped put together the chairs that our customers sit in and today he swept up the kitchen to get ready for dinner service! Always working with a smile on that face!

What’s better than a Daiquiri? A Daiquiri with Boba at the bottom!

It’s what you’ve all been waiting on. And we are about ready to bring it to you. We will be pouring drinks for the concert this Saturday so come hungry and thirsty! 90’s by Nature and fun mixed drinks! Grab some friends and come enjoy beer, wine, and cocktails with our new menu!

We are working on some special street foods for the concert this weekend with Vietnamese Flare!

The concert is free and hosted by the Lancaster Village Merchants Association so make sure you support small and support local.

We will be featuring a new signature drink from our bar periodically over the next few weeks.

We are aiming for our full bar to be available Sunday! Come grab a drink, some food, and enjoy the patio!

What a wonderful surprise it was to have so many of our former employees walk through our doors together! We were honored to welcome them into our new space, share a meal, and have the opportunity to serve them again.

This is the crew that was there when Simply Boba was just beginning. They were our first employees—and they were exceptional ones.

We have received many kind messages congratulating us on the new location and telling us how much people love our food and drinks. But the truth is, no business is built by one person. A business is built by the people who show up, believe in its vision, care for its guests, and help carry it forward.

This first crew had it the hardest. They joined us while we were still learning, adjusting, and trying to figure everything out. They helped shape the earliest version of Simply Boba, long before our new bistro existed. Seeing them return three years later to enjoy a space they helped make possible was one of the most meaningful and affirming moments we have experienced as business owners.

Our current team is now helping us build the next chapter—and we are equally grateful for everything they bring to it.

Simply Boba is where it is today because of every person pictured here, along with many others who could not be with us. Michele and I may have started the business, but our teams are the ones who have helped build it, strengthen it, and make it a place where people feel they belong.

That is the culture we have always worked to create: one built on teamwork, respect, growth, and genuine care for one another.

And now, we are looking for more great people to help us write the next chapter.
