We’ll be at Vets Park in Grand Island tomorrow vending a soccer tournament (we’ll be set up on field 4)! Custom hand made Grilled Lemongrass Brats and some burgers and hotdogs. Then a car show the next day in Lancaster to honor the life of local resident Adam Curtis and their Hands & Heart Foundation. 10% of all the proceeds from that event will go to their foundation.

It takes a Village…..

Our family business always strives to offer the best product with exceptional service. We are SO GRATEFUL not only for the repeat business, but for patrons who just offer their time and energy to come help us move along in the expansion. Folks just volunteering their time to be a part of our business and coming together to help in any way is a testament to why we show up every day to offer our best.

Today folks came together and loaded up a walk in cooler that we needed (after ours died a few days ago), scrubbed and pressure washed everything, and moved it into our new kitchen space.

We are SO GRATEFUL as this is an essential piece to any commercial kitchen. We CAN’T wait to share our updated menu with everyone and to put all this equipment to work for you!
