The boys and I headed to Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Phoenix this week to celebrate their 85th anniversary with some seriously delicious BBQ!
We tried the 1941 Party Pack, featuring a pound of their award-winning slow-smoked pulled pork, buttery Texas toast and a large side of BBQ beans. And because we came hungry, we added brisket, hand-cut fries, potato salad, Big Yellow Cups and slices of pecan pie!
It was a hit across the board! We can definitely see why that pulled pork is award-winning, and the boys were BIG fans of the buttery Texas toast.
