Trying to learn as much as we can about our Australian White sheep led us on an adventure of a lifetime. Seeing Australian Whites in person was incredible. riding through the fields of Tattykeel was beautiful. But the best of this trip to Oberon, NSW Australia was getting to know Graham and Kirsty and hearing their story. Grandpa was from Ireland, the farms where his dad and uncle were shepherds, and how he bought back family farms, added more land to that and brought in his boys James and Ross to be the Tattykeel we see today. The tough times when they could have given up to the challenges present today, it was obvious this breed has become so successful because the grit and tenacity they have. It was honor to spend the last few days with this icon.

What a crazy week. My dad passing on Sunday with his funeral on Thursday. Friday until Sunday we are in New Orleans. NEXT WEEK is much easier. Monday thru Wendsday, CTE (school/work) conference in Louisville. The 23rd, we're heading on an adventure of a lifetime... IYKYK.
