We didn’t take home the win at VeloCity, but we still had such a great time being part of it! Getting to serve our food, meet so many people, and be surrounded by some of the restaurants and people who make Lancaster what it is made the night pretty special.

A huge thank you to everyone who tried our food and supported us throughout the night. We’re also grateful to Lancaster City Alliance for bringing so much of the community together and for the work they continue to do throughout the city.

We’re trading rolls for brats for the day! Oktoberfest is taking over Tellus 360 today, and Sushi Sang is getting in on the fun with a special menu made for the occasion.

We’ve got three different brats coming off the grill, including one loaded with peppers, one piled with sauerkraut, and one covered in b**r cheese, plus a warm soft pretzel with dipping sauces. Come hungry, grab a Tröegs Oktoberfest, and make an afternoon of it!

Oktoberfest runs 12–5 p.m. at Tellus 360 and admission is free!

Troegs will also have Oktoberfest steins for the first 100 people to order an Oktoberfest l***r, so get up here early. Prost!

We’re rolling into VeloCity 2026! We’re competing in Lancaster City Alliance's VeloCity Restaurant Competition this year, and we are bringing a little friendly family competition to the rooftop at Tellus 360.

We’ll be putting our skills and creativity to work on one special entry for the competition and serving it up for VeloCity VIP guests, who’ll decide this year’s People’s Choice Award.

Getting to compete together means a lot to us. We’re family, we’ve built Sushi Sang together, and Lancaster has become a big part of our story. So many of you have gotten to know us across the counter and supported what we’re building.

Now we get to show you what happens when the three of us get a little competitive.

Rain or shine, we’re still rolling! A little rain wasn’t enough to keep you away, and we seriously appreciate everyone who braved the weather to come hang with us at Tellus 360 and keep the night going.

Wet rooftops, busy kitchens, good food, and even better people. Some nights don’t go exactly as planned, but those usually end up being the ones we remember most.

Thanks for showing up and supporting Sushi Sang no matter what the forecast says.

We know, we know… you came to Sushi Sang expecting sushi. But hear us out.

Meet The Mezz Burger. Fresh ground beef stacked with your choice of cheddar or American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, bacon, fried onions, and spicy aioli, all piled onto a toasted bun.

Not everything at the Kitchen on the Mezz comes rolled! Meet The Italian. Ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, and onion stacked on our homemade focaccia for a sandwich that doesn’t mess around.

The bread is made in-house, the layers are loaded, and judging by Phil's smile, it’s pretty hard to be disappointed. Come hungry and find us on the Mezz at Tellus 360.

Screaming Emo Night had Tellus 360 packed, and we were upstairs keeping the sushi coming. Turns out screaming along to your favorite emo songs works up an appetite.

One of our favorite parts of a busy night is seeing who ends up at our window. We met all kinds of people, served a whole lot of sushi, and even made a few friends along the way.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a late-night bite before heading back out to the party. We'll see you next late night at Tellus 360! Stop by the rooftop or The Mezz.
