We are getting ready for our new crew of hens to lay. But we have a local opponent in the form of a mama Desert Fox. She "surplus kills" and then fills her belly with all-you-can-eat. We caught her as she started on #6. Lucille got a piece of her, but she escaped, revealing her entry point.
