🚨🚨🚨 Calling all graziers and graziers-to-be! Registration for the Wisconsin Schools of Grazing, a collaborative hands-on, two-day intensive training hosted by GrassWorks, Inc., Extension, USDA-NRCS, the UW Lancaster Agricultural Research Station, and the Marshfield Agricultural Research Station.

Visit go.wisc.edu/ExtGrazingSchool for more information and registration. Grazing School students will learn the principles of managed grazing, how grazing management impacts livestock nutrition and overall herd health, and methods and equipment for setting up fencing. The program will also cover soil types and how they affect fertility and pasture productivity, as well as how to accurately measure forage yield and calculate paddock size.
