Today, some members participated in the 50th Annual Red Rose Run here in Lancaster! Along with the participants, Ladder 1 was on stand by with 2 UTVs staffed with members to provide EMS needs throughout the course. Thankfully, even with almost 2000 runners, only a small handful needed our assistance.

We are proud to be a part of this fun tradition every year! We had a great time speaking to everyone. If you see us out and about, be sure to say hello!

City Fire units are operating on a working fire in the 600 block of 4th street. Initial reports of multiple people trapped. Tower 2 reported assisting patients out. Squad 1 confirming a fire in the bedroom with one line in service.

The members of the Lancaster City Professional Firefighters would like to wish everyone a Happy Memorial Day.

As we spend the day celebrating with family and friends or perhaps on duty, we must remember and celebrate the lives and sacrifices of those who have died protecting our great nation.
