October is finally here and two favorites are BACK.
Jack’s Bourbon Cooled — freshly roasted coffee cooled with Four Roses Bourbon.
And Dark Chocolate Espresso Bites — whole roasted coffee beans covered in dark chocolate. These have a tendency to disappear faster than I expect them to.
I’ve been waiting for both of these to come back, and apparently October 5 is close enough to the beginning of October. 😂
Get yours at HollerRoast.com.
Which one are you grabbing first?

Turns out, when you have a local food community, your booth ends up at the Farmers Market even when you can't be...

Last week I was making cowboy coffee in Kansas, now I'm fighting a broken Keurig machine in Oregon. It may be testing my ingenuity skills but one thing is consistant: Coffee Never Hives Up.

You know where to order yours!

I've spent the last week handing samples to people who start the conversation with, “I don't like cold coffee."

Are you going to step up and try a cup?

Greetings from the State Fair! I've missed everyone at the DeKalb Farmers Market. Helen Sefsik has some coffee for sale if she is there this week and we will ve back next week!!

You've been waiting. Holler Roast Cold Brew Packs are now available.

https://hollerroast.com/product/pouches/

Keep Steepin’ with eight pre-measured pouches of Holler Roast coffee — just add cold water and let the fridge do the work. Each pouch makes a quart of strong, smooth cold brew and is 100% cotton and compostable when you’re done.

I've been testing various ways to make cold brew pouches and we have a winner!

These 100% cotton pouches are compostable. They do the job perfectly. But they ain't cheap.

But then, neither is craft-roasted Holler Roast.

These will launch as a product as part of the store at the Tennessee State Fair on August 13.

Soooooòo good.

We will be back at the DeKalb County Farmers Market tomorrow at 7:30 AM right next to Helen.

Two weeks ago, we were delighted to catch up with folks, and something pretty cool happened. We told you about our community connection concept and some of our community members popped in and gave us some of their home grown goodies to sell. Why did they not sell for themselves? Becaused they were scheduled for work during the market!

This week, I am bringing:
*coffee samples while supplies last
*chocolate covered espresso beans
*half and whole pound bags of coffee
*soap from Hoff the Grid Meat Company
*dried oregano
*homemade cotton dish rags

Come on by and say hi! We may end up with a few more community items.
