HACIENDA is what we are calling a ‘Chico style American Pale Ale’. Comprised of pilsner malt and a touch of crystal and hopped entirely with Cascade and a dash of Simcoe, this b**r is inspired by one of the most iconic OG Pale Ales from the west coast. Clean, crisp and just enough hop bite to balance everything out nicely. 5.1% ABV

FRIDAY AT OPEN
We will release bottles and draft of 2 exciting b**rs in collaboration with our pals at Mad Chef. (Mad Chef Craft Brewing)
This imperial Stout was brewed nearly 2 years ago and laid to rest in bourbon and rye wh**ky barrels, where it developed all of the character we love to achieve with these b**rs. We’re excited to have been able to work with Mad Chef and help them grow into more great barrel projects. Now for the b**rs…..

INSANE CAKE POSSEE was aged in Rye Wh**ky barrels from our friends at Thistle Finch Distillery, conditioned on heaps of cocoa nibs, then blended with raspberry and cheesecake. 14% ABV | $14 per bottle

VANTUM was aged in a single Bourbon Barrel and delivers a great balance and a full bodied palate, with notes of dark malts, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, charred oak and sweet bourbon. 14.5% ABV | $14 per bottle

Bottles and limited draft available at Cartel and Mad Chef locations starting Friday Sept 25 at opening.

From all of us to all of you….
Cheers 🍻

BLOKTOBERFEST 2026 is now on tap!
This year we brewed a clean Amber L***r and rested it for 6 weeks, delivering a balance of sweet malt character and German noble hop bitterness. Now on tap for pours and crowlers to go. 5.8% ABV.
Prost! 🍻

ON TAP WEDNESDAY AT 4….
SYMMETRIC FRUIT, our annual collaboration with our buddy Jon at Bespoke Brewing is finally ready and will be tapping Wednesday at 4pm.
This year’s project took our usual Wheat Ale base and conditioned it on loads of local grown peaches and white grapes, giving off peach Bellini vibes.
A balance of sweet and tart that’s very easy to drink at only 4.8% ABV. This is our favorite iteration yet and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Cheers! 🥂
