NUGGET NECKTIE is back on tap. This beer is always a fun tribute to one of our favorites from Hershey PA…because even the biggest rock bands try and play a cover song once in a while. 🙂🤘🏻
The malt and hop bill deliver the aroma and flavors you love, but we like to make this Amber IPA a little on the drier side with a somewhat reduced sweetness at a reasonably disguised 7.2% ABV.

So proud of our team as always. We fussed over this menu, brought in friends from outside breweries, charcuterie experts, Bill Mandros and a few intentional conversations with our culinary team to arrive at what will surely be another great Vernal Soirée beer dinner. We are grateful to host some of the best breweries around as always to showcase their excellent beers alongside some exceptional food pairings.
To our ticket holders….we welcome you once more. To the rest of you….we’ll see ya at a future dinner I’m sure.

NEW MILESTONE BEER….
ABSTRACT SANCTITY is our first stab at a proper mixed culture barrel aged sour. This Flanders style Red Ale started 2 years ago as an amber ale. Brewed with some of my best friends: Mike and Tommy Weber, a former professional brewer and sour beer enthusiast. This beer was then laid to rest in 2 French oak Cabernet Franc barrels from our friends at and inoculated with an imported blend of yeasts from the Flemish region of Belgium. 2 years later and we are very happy with the resulting beer. On draft now for pours and bottles coming soon. This will cellar age wonderfully.

But what will happen to those barrels? I’m glad you asked….we will be filling them with a Belgian Tripel base and those will sour for the next 18-24 months….

This one takes our semi famous house chicken cutlet and goes beyond……
Sun-dried Caprese Chicken Cutlet
Chicken Cutlet, House Made Stracciatella, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Arugula, Balsamic Glaze, Toasted Pecan Pesto, Liscio’s Philadelphia Roll…..

Our cutlets and dipped roast beef will continue to evoke. Stay tuned for more updates friends!
