Last week, our team had the opportunity to travel to Troy, Ohio for an impactful training experience hosted by Hobart! 🙌
From hands-on learning to engaging discussions, the trip was filled with valuable insights that will help us continue to grow, innovate, and better serve our customers. It was also a great chance to collaborate, strengthen connections, and represent our team alongside industry leaders in a dynamic, real-world environment.
A big thank you to Hobart for their hospitality, expertise, and commitment to excellence—it truly made the experience both educational and inspiring. 👏

Project Spotlight: Red Bull New York Training Facility ⚽
Clark Food Service Equipment is proud to have supported the Red Bulls Training Facility from concept to completion.
CFSE was brought into the project during the bidding phase, and our team worked closely to identify equipment solutions that aligned with the project goals while delivering a complete and high-performing foodservice package.
Through collaboration and strategic adjustments, we provided a complete, optimized equipment package, and the project was completed this month!

Our team attended Vulcan Equipment training in Baltimore, MD! They were able to experience classroom learning opportunities, hands-on training, and a factory tour. To kick off the 2-day training, they went to Top Golf and enjoyed showing off their skills at the driving range. Thank you to everyone who participated in the training!

We’re proud to showcase the completed cafeteria project at the New York Red Bulls Stadium in Morristown, NJ! ⚽️

This installation highlights a strong lineup of our private label products in action—giving our Procurement team a firsthand look at their performance in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

A big thank you to Project Manager Anthony Segerra for leading this project to success, and to Arianna Einisg, Business Development Representative, for supporting our team throughout the site visit and helping make it a valuable experience.

This month, we’re proud to recognize Steve Young on his 30th work anniversary with Clark Food Service Equipment!
As a Field Coordinator, Steve gets out in the field early, checking rough-ins, taking precise measurements for custom pieces like hoods, walk-ins, trim, and tables, and working closely with the trades to answer questions and support final equipment connections.
Steve also completes end-of-job quality checks and creates in-house punch lists.
When asked what he enjoys most, Steve says it best: “I enjoy going out to all of our jobs, helping to make Clark install the best job possible, and working alongside a great group of people.”

Clark Food Service Equipment is proud to have led the design and installation of new commercial kitchen facilities for Wampanoag Country Club.👏
The project included a full kitchen design, custom bar layouts, walk-in refrigeration systems, and commercial hood ventilation.
We worked closely with KBE Building Corporation and Newman Architects, PC to ensure seamless coordination between ownership, construction, and design teams — delivering a high-performing, efficient back-of-house operation built to support elevated service standards.

Today’s Employee Spotlight shines on Anton Katsch as he celebrates his 10-year anniversary!
Anton leads our drafting team, ensuring every drawing is clear, well-coordinated, and set up for success in the field. He streamlines processes, tackles complex challenges, and turns big ideas into plans that can be built with confidence.
As Anton puts it: “Some days it’s CAD and redlines; other days it’s training, scheduling, and putting out fires. Every day, it’s about making sure what we draw can actually be built. Think part manager, part problem-solver, and part ‘let’s fix this before it becomes a site issue.’”
