Stephanie Breneman spent a year in Germany learning the language and culture. While she was there, she fell in

love with the amazing tastes and textures of the German bread. The purpose of Abendessen Bread is to reproduce that same taste experience and offer it to others.

For those of you who may not know and wondering why I haven’t been posting, I was diagnosed with breast cancer one year ago. It has been a roller coaster of emotions, lots of waiting, several surgeries, chemo, and now a 5 year plan of taking medication in hopes to keep cancer from coming back.

What an intro to my 40’s, right?

I had to cut back on how much I was baking last year. This year, I plan on being at Manor Market in Millersville each month and doing an email group bake every 2 weeks. Starting April 17, bread will be back at Lemongrass & Honey at Green Dragon. An abbreviated bread share is in the works with Homefields Care Farm. More information on that to come. Looking forward to seeing many of you again next Saturday (April 11) for the first Manor Market of the year!
