Yes, we do still have Ribeyes, NY Strip, flank, skirt and ground for the weekend. Last of the Bison summer sausage and kilbasa. We are not sure when we can get more done sadly. Pork brats, jalapeño and cheese brats, cheddar brats and few Italian grillers.grilled. You can call or text Don he is on the farm all day.

We should done 2 nights! Hitting dark side of the moon at Adler planetarium, science and industry museum and field museum (did shedd aquarium yesturday) then heading home to the Bison. Veronica and I walked to sears tower at 11pm (8 miles round trip). Going to need a break from this.

We are closed till later in the week. Don and Veronica are in Chicago! RUSH!!

Happy Mothers Day!!! First calf if the year just appeared!! Moms been in the woods past 24 hours hiding and we though we saw something with her and this morning she brought the new baby out. She has a younger cow sticking close for baby sitting.
