So Ole Rural King-the price on the All Flock is $21.99. The tag on the aisle says 19.99. Now if we say something to the clerk, they update the price for us. The issue is no one at Rural King cares-it's been a few weeks now and I've mentioned it to several people. Today I mentioned it to the service desk, she simply said we call back but they don't update it. (It's amazing how many times we see management have "meetings" there but can't stay on top of such a simple thing?) Because it's dishonest and unethical to list a product at one price but charge a different, higher price. Several companies participate in this practice. Tractor Supply for example the clearance items-will list 50% or 75% off but charge full price unless you complain. For Rural King it's now on top of a 1% extra surcharge.
