Instructions
1. Marinate the Shrimp:
• In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with 2 tbsp Captain R Hot Sauce Mango Habanero sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, a pinch of salt, and a squeeze of lime juice. Let it marinate for 10 minutes while you prep the toppings.

3. Cook the Shrimp:
• Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. For extra heat, drizzle an additional 1 tbsp Captain R Hot Sauce over the shrimp during the last minute of cooking. Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lime juice over the shrimp.

• In a dry skillet or over an open flame, warm the tortillas for 20–30 seconds per side until soft and slightly charred. Keep warm in a clean kitchen towel.
5. Assemble the Tacos:
• Place a small handful of shredded cabbage on each tortilla. Add 3–4 shrimp, then top with avocado slices, a sprinkle of queso fresco, and a pinch of cilantro. Drizzle with spicy crema (if using) or an extra dash of Captain R Hot Sauce for the brave. Garnish with jalapeños or red onion if desired.
6. Serve and Enjoy:
• Serve the tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side for squeezing. Pair with a cold beer or a refreshing margarita to balance the heat.
