What is our motivation? The food truck our family is building together.
Route 787 is so much more than a place where we prepare and serve food. It represents our family, our culture, our sacrifices, and the future we are working hard to create.
Behind this food truck are early mornings, long days, countless hours of cooking, cleaning, planning, learning, and starting again when things don’t go as expected. There are difficult days when we feel tired or discouraged, but we look at one another and remember why we started.
We continue because this is a dream shared by the three of us. We want to build something meaningful for our family while sharing the flavors, traditions, and love of Puerto Rico with our community.
Every person who visits us, places an order, shares one of our posts, recommends us to someone, or simply encourages us becomes part of this journey. Your support helps our family continue building this dream one day and one plate at a time.
This is more than a food truck. It is our family’s hard work, our love, our hope, and our motivation.
