To our customers. I attended the Lander city Council meeting last night to hear about the proposed water rate hikes. I did take some time and speak during the council meeting to try to advocate for our rural water customers and voice our concerns. Of course there were things i wish i would have mentioned and forgot. 🤦🏻‍♀️ . I do believe that this rate hike will most likely pass, though it is still the draft stage. We will try to keep our customers informed of how this will affect us and them. Here is the link to the zoom meeting if anybody is interested. Another potential city of lander water increase. 😕. Not sure what the percentage will be for the water fill station as wastewater cost does not factor in for the fill station. Will be trying to attend that meeting!!!

The City of Lander, Wyoming, will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 PM, local time, on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at City Hall, 240 Lincoln Street, Lander, Wyoming 82520. The purpose of the meeting is to allow citizens to review and comment on the proposed nine percent increase in the City of Lander Water and Wastewater Rates for FY 2025 2026.
