We have full and half hogs going in for processing in Jan and Feb 2026. We raise pasture GOS pigs and have 9 up for reservation. Priced at 2.65/pound hanging weight to us and custom processing fees to the processor. Our processing is done at Ody's in Spring Valley. average hanging weight is around 220 pounds for a full hog.

We are still taking reservations for half and full hogs going to the butcher in January 2026.

Rose is up for discussion. I wanted to keep her, but we don't need 3 dairy cows. She was born 5/15/25. She is A2A2 by parentage. She was 23.5 inches at birth so she will grow to be midsize. Attached is her sire and Dam registration. We have a disease free tested closed herd, but Rose has not been tested yet. She has been dam raised and will be ready to go at weaning. Message me with questions.

Turns out my son Charles needs a lesson on the differences between a bull calf and a heifer calf. Holly's calf is a heifer. Now we need a name and to figure out if we will sell her or not. She is A2A2 by parentage and was born at 24.5 inches so she will likely mature to a midsize.

We are getting a good amount of eggs again. $5 dozen chicken eggs and $6 dozen duck eggs. $1 discount per carton for farm pick up in rural Lanesboro.
