Over the weekend I made the incredibly hard decision to finally “retire” hurk as a breeder. Hes getting older, and as much as I hate to admit it, he just cant successfully cover ewes this year. With that being said we are in the market for a four horned ram, preferably a yearling. Registration not necessary but preferred.

**FULL DISCLOSURE HURK IS VERY WELL ALIVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO LIVE HIS LIFE ON THE FARM UNTIL HIS TIME COMES. I WILL NOT BE SELLING HIM.**

Happy dog day to all our little 4 legged family members🐾 in order they go-

Now it may seem like alot of dogs but lets recap- G and Rae belong to Kenzie. They live upstairs. Nellie and Remi are Laceys dogs, Chloe also belongs to Lacey but shes 14 she lives under the bed most the day. Ivy well she technically belongs to us, however sometimes shes at our house, the other simpson house, or the elleks.

The hay crew is picking up the bales!

Dustin raked 6 different fields this morning, square baled 2 of those 6 and Mac is round bailing the rest of it!

With rain in the forecast tonight, we needed to get all of this up today.

Reporting live from a hay field in Eldersville-

We watched to smoke get heavier and heavier as we loaded up bales. Its disgusting out here. Mac has realized a few things about an open cab tractor that makes him wish he was in his cab tractor.. one being a wet butt 🫣

Anyway, hay making doesn’t stop just just because of a little smoke, but hey think of it as “smoked hay” might just add a little more flavor than the regular stuff 🤣

Due to no fault of themselves these two cuties are looking for someone new to call there pawrents..

A little back story on them- This is Kia (2yrs old) and Lucy (6yrs old). Both are crate trained, good with cats and other dogs, and good with kids over the age of 6. Up to date on all shots.

This is big boy, I dont own him anymore but a very great family had the privilege of owning him.

On Monday a farm near us not only lost there barn, hay wagon, skid steer, sheep handling equipment, and sheep shearing equipment, they lost there ewes who were just days from lambing. This family is quite literally living in a version of hell that no one should have to live in. Just a few months after loosing there son, now they lost everything they have built over the years.

Im sharing there link to the farm website where they are asking donations for rebuild. Anything would help this family, weather its buying products or simply donating directly.
