In light of our current crisis I’ve put together a care package.... Up for grabs is two boxes of food for two local families in need... they’ve got an assortment of dried and canned foods as well as seasonings. I’ll also add a dozen or two eggs to each box as well as some garlic and onion. As I am a soap maker I will also put a bar of antibacterial antiviral homemade organic soap in each box. also I can provide a few food seedlings from my personal crop if this is something you would foster. PM me if I’m able to help you this this mess

Additionally if anybody does need soap and doesn’t have access to it my normal price is eight dollars a bar, in light of the situation i’ll be selling them for five dollars per bar. I have a huge variety of much more than is posted here and most are antiviral & more . I can’t promise pretty labeling , but no one should be without !

I love meeting Woofers on their own turf... Dillon spent almost 4 months with us back in the spring . He came as a stranger and left as family . We recently had the opportunity to visit him in his hometown of Austin, Texas. The best time ever was had by all! Many thanks to him for showing us around town and rolling out the red carpet. And many thanks to Wwoof for bringing this cool cat into our lives!

Way to go Team! spent the day filling up bags and cans of litter left behind and washed ashore on Burlington Island. Let’s keep this going into the season . Nature is beautiful especially if we remember to leave it better then we found it.

As I make the various preparations for the puppies to go home in the next week or so I can’t help but feel sad that the sweet puppy love and excitement is almost over... the Big house just wont be the same ....really gonna miss these rascals ! The Pups Are Being sent home with a container of and a container of Because, how would you feel or look if you only ate ? or the choice is yours!
