Workin’ Dream Farm Statement
I want to start by saying thank you in the most graceful way to everyone who supported us this year and was beyond enthusiastic to help, also the ones that came in to our lives with good intentions and love.
The island has always been a special place where we have connected with people and plants like never before, the island has brought us joy, peace, understanding and lessons to last many lifetimes. The memories made and friends not forgotten will always be in our hearts and minds as we continue on to follow our passion to grow beautiful, pure produce that is good for people and planet!
This leads me to say we are deeply saddened to say that we will be putting WDF on hold for now so we can focus on our health and business to come back even stronger! People will never know what we or for this matter anyone goes through in this life, we can try to understand but that only goes so far. We appreciate everyone and anyone who cares enough to ask about how this season went and what made it so transformative and challenging.
It’s easy to assume but truly honorable to look, listen, and care. Thank you from our hearts again, we wish anyone on this beautiful, fu**ed up, cosmic, confusing, marvelous, bewildering, challenging, miracle of the agrarian journey the damn strength and will to feed our people and soil.
Also don’t let the old world push you around they will try to tell you your wrong but they are blinded by there own old ways and games, we are innovative and intimidating in the best ways possible. The world is waiting for us to leave it better than we found it, don’t let it down. Dream on.
We are so grateful for the oppurntitt presenter to us this year but even happier to be moving on. Empathy, Gratitude and Forgiveness for all.
