Today was the first Monday we were all together and it was just the greatest. Love working with these ladies. I wish we could work together every single day. Thankful for many hands to get some plantings done. We celebrated with a strawberry pretzel salad featuring our strawberries✨

Today is rough not gonna lie. Being a solo business owner can be such a metal game. I often crave someone to share the burden with. Farming is tough because every single day I have to show up and work with the cards I’m dealt from mother natch.

Today is wind, honestly the most destructive for me. It’s been nonstop since I got here. It’s taking everything in me to not just go home. So for now I’m going to hug my kittens and admire this beautiful lettuce that I hope will be in all of your salads very soon. While also hoping the hundreds of plants we got into the ground survive this wind.
