📢 Important Menu Update

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our service, streamline our workflow, and provide a better experience for our customers, we will be temporarily pausing our Beef Phở and Chicken Phở menu items for the next two weeks.

This adjustment will allow our team to focus on refining our kitchen operations, training, and service procedures so we can serve you more efficiently and consistently.

We would also like to clarify that in addition to our Halal beef, all chicken items on our menu are Halal as well.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and support as we continue to grow and improve. We look forward to bringing Phở back better than ever soon!

❤️ We are still overwhelmed with gratitude as we look back on our Grand Opening.

Sorry for the delayed post—we wanted to gather photos and videos before sharing our thanks.

To everyone who came out to support us, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Seeing so many families, friends, and neighbors celebrate with us was more than we ever imagined.

🐉 The Dragon Dance was a huge hit, and it was wonderful to see so many people enjoying the celebration.

🎻 We are especially grateful to the Penndale Middle School Orchestra for sharing their talent and performing for over an hour. Their beautiful music made the day even more special.

Opening Hoiana Café has been a journey filled with hard work, sacrifices, and countless late nights. Seeing our community come together to support us made every challenge worth it.

We also sincerely apologize for the long wait times. We simply did not expect such an incredible turnout. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding as we worked hard to serve everyone.

😂 We found this masterpiece on the counter today.

Apparently our young staff wanted to make sure everyone knew exactly who was working today… complete with hand-drawn portraits. 🎨

We’re not sure if this is a work schedule, employee directory, or FBI most-wanted poster. 🤣

Either way, we love our team and the laughs they bring every day. ❤️☕🥖🧋
