𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝟺
𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
1 large head of cauliflower
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tsp smoked paprika (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Cut Cauliflower into small florets, spread evenly on baking sheet or you could even do this in an air fryer.
Drizzle olive oil on veggies to lightly coat and then add salt and smoked paprika to taste.
Roast till tender and to your liking. I would do 10 minutes move the cauliflower around some and then do another 10 minutes and check. May need to go longer but this will be to your preference.

With a Master's in Nutrition and Bachelor's degree in Culinary & Food Services Management, Candice is an expert on food and nutrition. Having over four years of weight loss coaching experience and some amazing success stories, she is excited to help clients meet their weight loss goals and maintain their success for the rest of their lives.
Growing up she played competitive soccer and basketball and coached youth teams in both sports. Recently she has trained and completed several marathons an achievement she never thought possible. Candice is constantly challenging herself and working towards reaching her next goal. She carries this drive into helping others in reaching what they are striving for and becoming their best self.
Candice has also spent time working as a chef in various locations from large scale banquets to small tastings so she is an expert on food preparation, meal planning, and recipe creation which really helps her dieters when they are planning their own meals and maybe cooking for the first time in their lives.
