A Decade of Sharing Gluten Free Bakers Dedicated to Serving People with Celiac Disease

In 2016, I had this wild idea to interview every dedicated gluten free baker in the state of Michigan. (Meaning they only sell gluten free baked goods.) I traveled all across the state to visit as many in person as I could.

Ever since, I've tried to keep an eye out for new dedicated gluten free bakers. And we've sadly had to say goodbye to a few businesses as their lives have changed.
