I want to thank everyone who supported us these last 4 years on our catering journey. We have met many amazing people in our vending events or just by word of mouth.

Unfortunately with my health issues not getting any better and lots of thought process, we have decided to hang up our hat on this amazing experience.

My family has been wonderful helping us with prep-work, cooking, serving, inventory, promoting, and most of all just encouraging us to be the best we can be.

Manuela(mom), Robin, Erica, Alyson, Gabriela, Christopher, and Nicholas thank you all for helping my little dream come true. It was a fun ride!

I will continue to make tamales on those special occasion days but not as often as I was doing them.

If anyone needs a big order for a party (5 dozen or more) I will do those as a special order.

I will be making my next batch on Labor Day weekend then not again until Christmas.

Thank you all again, I appreciate you all.

We are a licensed caterer so we must follow the health department guidelines so…….. we will not be making salsa or any dishes with lettuce, cilantro, or any fresh fruits or vegetables until Cyclosporiasis is no more. Sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience and patronage.

Do you love Tamales but don't know how to make them? Well here is your chance to change that. We are offering a hands on teaching class!

This will be an all hands on class from start to finish. All equipment, supplies, food and spices will be provided.

Everyone in the class will see how we make the Tamales from beginning to end, from scratch while having the class participate in each step of the process. Each person will learn how to spread the Masa, Place the meat and Roll a Tamale.

While the Tamales are cooking we will provide a authentic Mexican lunch, playing a few games of Mexican Bingo with Prizes and a raffle drawing at the end!

When the Tamales are all done cooking, they will be divided up among the class participants to take home and enjoy.

Please be advised that this is pre-pay only. So when you place your order you will need to pay at that time.

If you order and don’t pay, your order will not be filled.

You will need to PICK UP your order on the weekend of December 14th.
There is an option for delivery for a $5.00 extra charge.

Thank you all for being patient with us during our small little shutdown. I had surgery and my family and friends did an amazing job taking great care of me.
