We are busy fermenting in the cidery to keep the amazing cider coming.

For fans of our 1852 Blend we've sold out our 2022 batch (except for a few bottles). We make this special blend just once a year. We'll be starting our 2023 version this coming Tuesday. This batch contains All our special heritage cider apples and a few special modern ones including: Roxbury Russet, Chisel Jersey, Spitzenburg, Baldwin, Steele Red, Goldrush, Pink Pearl, Northern Spy, Snow, Razor Russet, Ashmeads Kernel, Prime Gold, Cox Orange Pippin.

In the meantime, we'll have a few other special apple blends coming out too keep all our real die hard apple enthusiasts engaged. Currently on tap in Lansing is our Goldrush/Snow, a blend of the modern Goldrush with the very old Snow apple, a beautiful golden color and rich spicey notes, that packs a bit of a kick at 8.2% ABV.

Look for more to come while we await the return of 1852 Blend next year.

Freestone peaches are now available at Phillips Cider Bar & Market. We grow 14 varieties of peaches so there will be a different mix of varieties each day. We are currently picking Redstar, Starfire, PF9A-007, PF Lucky 13 & Redhaven.

We'll stock quart and 2 quart sizes for everyone to stop in and grab. If you would like a larger quantity, please call to order and we'll bring them down for you. The next 3 weeks are the peak of peach season for central Michigan.
