Key Responsibilities:

Floral Design: Create beautiful, high quality bouquets, corsages, and custom arrangements for various occasions.
Inventory & Care: Recieve shipments, process and condition fresh flowers, maintain flower quality and presentation.
Customer Service: Assist walk-in and phone customers with knowledgeable, friendly service. Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Sales & Support: Process customer payments, manage transactions and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
