Grace & Butter Bakery is bringing bold spice flavor combinations from around the world to their breads, and taking them to the Historic Farmers Market of Lapeer. We at James Creek Spices are blessed to share our love of spices from around the world with them. Their expertise, creativity, and willingness to think outside the box is refreshing. We are looking forward to stopping by the farmers market tomorrow to pick up a loaf or two. We hope many of our followers do too.

We thank the Red Hat group for visiting James Creek Spices.
It was delightful that they chose us to be their destination.

Because of the limited space at the James Creek Spices Side Door Store and kitchen, they divided into two groups for their tours. Their first group was Doreen, Sara and Sally.
After the first tour they ALL met at Woodchips BBQ for lunch and visiting before the second group left for the tour.
Michele, had the honor of being their tour guide & instructor

Below is the Thank You note from Sara, the event planner.

Michele,
I want to thank you so much for allowing our Red Hat group to tour your facilities. Everyone is still talking about it! I also wanted to let you know how much I learned during the Saturday class. I guess I am still not too old to change my ways and this certainly helped.
I am attaching the PAGE I did for our adventure! It turned out to be four pages and there was so much more I could have added but enough is enough...

Thank you again and I hope this attachment comes through ok for you. If not, I will bring you a copy.
Thank you again from all of us!

We offer CONGRATULATIONS to RISE at Easton Homestead today for incorporating a CHAI spice blend into their baking. What an unexpected flavor adventure they have created for one's palette.

Their Chai Latte Sweet rolls LOOK like good cinnamon rolls and their White Chocolate Chai scones LOOK like nicely frosted scones – UNTIL the first bite. Then FLAVOR COMFORT sets in. Deep, radiant, high & low flavor notes, dancing on one's tongue in perfect balance and harmony giving comfort while whispering “take another bite and slooowly enjoy”. Spices, when thoughtfully combined, blended, and incorporated, take the ordinary, and create extraordinary. RISE at Easton Homestead has done it brilliantly.

Thank you Heather from RISE, for spending some time with us in the James Creek Spices, spice kitchen, and exploring flavor notes and combinations. From earthy and warm, to sweet and aromatic, spicy and pungent to mild and subtle, you have certainly taken what was taught and created the extraordinary. CONGRATULATIONS!
