Due to the CRAZY rising costs of Beef, we are forced to raise our prices again, effective immediately....

We greatly appreciate our customers, and hope this doesn't cause any inconvenience.

After 40 years, Jim has decided to slow down a little bit....

He is shifting his focus on farming and raising/selling freezer beef, exclusively.

Therefore, the week of April 21st will be the last week to order any kind of pork, chicken or beef "packages", or any "individual items".

However, our fantastic Ground Beef will still/always be available to purchase.

This was a very hard decision for Jim to make. We hope his many valued customers will understand, and apologize for any inconvience this may cause anyone.

If you were strictly a beef "package" customer, we encourage you to consider possibly purchasing a Quarter and/or Side of beef, to insure the exceptional quality of beef Jim has always provided.
