I am going to start to break down what is inside the trailer and sell it. I have everything from baking pans, coffee carafes to display cases and appliances.

The trailer is for sale is anyone is interested. I appreciate you all so very much! It was a pleasure serving the community but for now the chapter is closed.

It is coming with some pans as well as all the equipment I had put in. There’s also quite a bit of paper goods. Coffee maker with thermoses, including the generator as well, menu board and some display cases for pop ups or farmers markets. You will need to repair or replace the Dutch door. 

I’ve included the before and after pictures from when I got it in case you decide to take off the peel on wallpaper I put up. Was/is licensed in La Porte County.

If you buy it from me directly, instead of using used vending, it is only 20 K.

Good afternoon, I am sad to say due to the continued cost rise of basic food items I do not see an opening date anytime soon. I absolutely miss baking for you all, and being out in the community, however, between the cost of goods and my time it would be difficult to produce the quality I prefer at a reasonable price.

Hope everyone is having a fabulous year so far! I will keep you posted on when you can see me this year. Right now there is no opening date as my family continues to navigate the changes made at the beginning of the year. I also need to do some work on the trailer as the winter was rough for it.

Happy Tuesday everyone 💓 I appreciate all the well wishes and thoughts I have received during my recovery. Friday I will make an announcement about the plan for the rest of the year.

Besides waiting for the green light via doctor there is also some work the trailer needs. I am hopeful that we will be able to do a pop up and have a smaller holiday menu.

I am still not taking orders at this time. I appreciate everyone's patience as I continue to heal from my surgery on September 16th. I will keep you all posted as to when I will be up and running again but am hopeful it'll be Thanksgiving dessert time for sure!

I am excited to think about Thanksgiving desserts and all the possibilities! The Vegan Pumpkin crumb cake will be back as well as a few new items! I will keep you all posted ❤️
