Our goal is add Highlanders someday! Along with raising animals, we share home cooking and sell beef tallow products!

🥕This is my fourth year growing these asparagus and finally I’ve been able to reap the rewards of all the hard work!

We ate them tonight mixed with other veggies and marinated tenderloin from last years pigs 😋😋😋

OUR FIRST CALF ✨

A little over a week ago we welcomed more cows to our farm. I didn’t know for sure if we were picking up a pregnant cow or not. Once Riley picked her up we knew she was pregnant and ready to have her calf within a couple weeks!

Not one week later and she had her baby GIRL 🎀

We are beyond excited and love going to check on them daily!

She doesn’t have a name yet, so drop your suggestions below!! 🫶🏼
