Limited amount and once it's gone it's gone.

Packed with flavor. Layered with hand cut fries as a base. Then we add a layer of carne asada, with nacho cheese to follow and we finish it off with another layer of carne asada.

Thank you Joseph days! We spent almost a week in Joseph Oregon and are so grateful to each and every one of you!

Extra thankful for our hometown locals that always show out for us with support!

Thankfully we were set up with some pretty amazing other food vendors. We have some great ideas on how to change things up for next year. So excited for these different events that keep us on our toes.

Our next event is this weekend at the Kalispell tribe powwow in usk Washington. Hope to see you all there!

So blessed to be serving all our fabulous customers!

This week we're traveling to the famous Joseph Oregon! Check the picture for the schedule of events. You can find us in our bright white trailer on main street. Look for our logo! We'll be open 9am-late. Serving our regular menu 😋

Also looking for a front of the house worker for this event. Will need to be available all 4 days and all hours. Pay depends on experience. Must have or obtain a Oregon food handlers card (we'll pay for it)
