As the dust has settled, THANK YOU just doesn't seem enough! This sale wouldn't have been possible without the village that surrounds us and has helped us over the years. So buckle in, this a long post. The past three years have been hard, we’re still learning to live life differently without Ashley and recently losing Jeannette Haywood and dealing with grief that is sometimes insurmountable. But our village always shows up and supports when the phone call is made.
A HUGE Thank You to:
- Jason Deckert and Jasmine Duhon for coming up in May to help turn stallions out, then Jasmine coming up and helping for 2 weeks before the sale.
- The Moresheads for always being here and taking the many phone calls! Krista Moreshead and Rylie Moreshead for giving up days to help halter break and Cody for all his help in producing the catalog and the late deadlines. They managed to do all that while working full time, moving and Tannon Moreshead graduating from Texas Tech!
- Peyton Eckerling for helping with babies, setting up and bringing her friend Sam along, there wasn't an empty water or hay bucket!
- Ema Grace Hermann , Jim DeHart , and Caroline Tipolt for also giving up days to come play with the ponies, helping us keep things going at the sale and throughout the year on the ranch!
- The behind the scene crew that came the weekend before and after sale to help set up and tear down (WOW pretty sure we got that done in record time!)
- The Frye family Anna Rose Frye Wrustler Frye , the amazing job you guys did not only in training those boys but all the work and marketing on social media. Plus coming up and being here for whatever job we called and said we needed help with.
- Catherine Elizabeth Dawson for helping clerk the sale. Which was a special treat as she is family that lives in Texas and we were surprised that the whole family from Texas came which was super special!
- Dave and Dana from Alpine Animal Hospital for the health inspections and being our Vet for over 27 years!
- Roger Lorenzi for the brand inspections. And always answering the call and the multiple trips you make to the ranch.
- Brad and Beth Clingman for not only helping us in the hayfield but on the ranch throuhout the year.
We are incredible blessed with these friends that have turned into our family! ❤️

It's been 2️⃣7️⃣ years with these partners but the friendship has been longer and we couldn't imagine doing this with anyone else. THANK YOU Merritt Quarter Horses and Dianne Van Pelt . Thank you Carrie Frisbee Blue 9 Quarter Horses for being apart of this sale and Owen Johnson for carrying on some of Dicks breeding, I'm sure he is proud watching those babies go through the ring.
And finally, there is YOU, our CUSTOMERS and FRIENDS! Without you, we wouldn't be here 2️⃣7️⃣ years later. We are proud of these horses but we are just so thankful that these horses have brought you here and we have built so many friendships because of it.
