When you're in the grocery aisle, make sure to turn the honey bottle over (front, back, top, bottom) and look carefully for the country of origin! 🧐 Buying U.S. honey supports American beekeepers!

Do you know your local beekeeper? Ask them about buying honey directly from their apiary.

“How can I use this honey?”🍯 Great question, we’ll tell you!

Honey is super versatile and can be consumed in a variety of ways. Drizzle it over pancakes, ice cream, cheesecake, chicken, fruit salad, salmon, pork chops—the possibilities are endless!

It’s even great on pizza. Yep, pizza. Try a spicy pepperoni pizza and cut the heat with a drizzle of sweet!🤌🏻 Trust us, it’s delicious.

Honey is also great in coffee and tea. When mixed with peanut butter, it becomes the perfect fruit dip!

Using honey regularly might feel intimidating, but adding it to almost any recipe/dish is so easy! Give it a try!
