Clean up, Clean up, Everybody Do Your Share!

Hi friends! The vegetables are growing! We are getting ready for weekly pre-orders this fall.

Why am I growing food for you?
I have been growing food for my community for almost 10 years now, so I have had time to reflect on this question quite a bit. Farming is not light work with all of nature trying to get their share of the prize.

Let's go deep: If you are what you eat, I would like to provide an opportunity for you to eat clean, nutrient dense produce. Every meal you digest becomes a part of you with energy for new cells, muscles, etc. I take my work seriously, because the work of my hands will provide energy and nutrients, long and short term for your body.

How will it work?
Sign up for a weekly email to be sent out early in the week. Pre-pay for the items you would like that week. Venmo, zelle, square invoice. Pick up in Dallas (Preston Hollow) on Saturday or Sunday (day might fluxuate depending on farmers schedule). This will be in the weekly email.

What can you choose from?
Each week will be different, but this fall we have the following growing: radishes, carrots, arugula, spicy greens mix, collards, bok choy, kale, swiss chard, beets.

Link in bio to sign up for the weekly email. I would love to feed you and your family!

Bad Morning from the garden! Armadillos did some herbiciding (weeding) and insecticiding (grub removal). They chose which plants were the weakest link and removed them for me.

Good Morning from the garden!

Earlier this spring, while the blueberries were blooming, we combined the 2 blackberry fields at the front of the farm. The blackberries are a beautiful welcome right at the entrance. Transplanting meant the uprooted blackberries would need this year to set down roots and bloom next year. We are looking forward to an epic 2027 harvest. I am dreaming of sweet ripe blackberries fresh, frozen, Parlor’s Ice Creams blackberry sugar cookie, and jams! YUMM!

Late summer work means early morning sunrises, midday rest, and then back to the farm for evening work. Sunrise, sunset and repeat!

We have a full freezer!! We need your help!

As the season is nearing the end, we wanted to extend the life of this summertime sweetness. Come by the farm or Wednesday in Dallas this week to pick up frozen berries for $4 a pound! We have sent these through the processor so all leaves, sticks, and stems have been removed!
