Everything for two complete setups that include
2-80qt Little Slugger Kettles
2-Auto stirrers
2-sifting tables
6- storage bins to hold popcorn, sugar and caramel
Scoops and accessories to use on each setup
2- Canopies
1-32oz electric Gold Medal popper

I have invested over $25k in everything above. I won’t break up.

It is with a heart full of mixed emotions that I announce the official closure of Uncle Banjo’s Kettle Corn. Uncle Banjo’s had a place near and dear to many of us as it was named after my brother Ingo Richardson after he passed and our way to honor him and deal with the grief of this loss. It has helped many of our family and friends with income through Covid and has helped to build what is now Proofed Bread Co.

We are selling the whole kettle corn business if anyone is interested. I will make a post tomorrow of price and detailed equipment. Please notify me via private message if you’re interested.

New Mexico Marketplace and Bakery and New Mexico Desert Dogs is partnering up to get supplies to people from Ruidoso. We have designated New Mexico Marketplace and Bakery 126 S. Main St hours Tuesday thru Friday 10-5 as a drop off location for anyone wanting to donate, water, toiletries, dog or cat food, toothbrushes, toothpaste, or anything you can think of for the people that got evacuated. They are need in the basics, since most left with just the clothes on their backs. There will be a cash box set up for anyone wanting to donate. Please drop donations off at the back door of the business. Thank you all!
