Tis the season once more. We're going to start roasting green chile in our parking lot this Saturday. We'll have the same prices as last year, $31 roasted for a 35-40 pound sack.

It is time for us to start roasting green chile again. Starting this Saturday 08/16/25 we'll be selling and roasting chile until we run out. $25 for a 35-40 pound sack, $6 to roast.

It's finally time for green chile season. We are going to start roasting green chile this Saturday from 9-1. It is looking like this is going to be a scarce season for the green chile, so if you're looking to stock your freezers for the year it's best to do so early before it all turns to red.
