I did it! I am absolutely over the moon with joy and extremely grateful for the support that I received from my family, friends, and mentors throughout this process. Publishing my first book represents not only a personal achievement, but also the realization of a long-held dream for me. Throughout the process of writing and publishing, I have learned perseverance, creativity, and patience. In my book, “A Mea-Knee-ingful Life”, I explore my POV of the benefits of practicing yoga while recovering from Total Knee Replacement (TKR) and I hope it provides readers with insights & value. The feeling of holding my finished book is indescribable. Seeing how my work connects with readers is both exciting and nerve-wracking & something I look forward to. First time trying “Gumbo” on New Years Eve. I noticed the roux was not as dark. I used gluten free flour and I think that may have prevented it from darkening! Nevertheless it was delicious😘!
