What an AMAZING weekend at Dinah SOAR Days in Vernal, Utah! 🎈🌮❤️

We want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by Birria El Patrón and supported us. We are incredibly grateful to say that we COMPLETELY SOLD OUT! 🙌🔥

It was our first time being part of Dinah SOAR Days, and Vernal showed us so much love! Hearing so many people tell us how much they enjoyed our food truly meant a lot to our entire team. Those are the moments that make all the traveling, long hours, and hard work worth it.

And not even the rain could stop us! 🌧️😂 We kept cooking, you guys kept showing up, and we had an incredible time!

A special thank you to Madi and the Dinah SOAR Days team for giving Birria El Patrón the opportunity to be part of such a beautiful event and welcoming us to Vernal.

We had such an amazing time serving everyone and being part of this incredible event. The support and love we received from the community meant so much to us.

And to top off an already great experience, Birria El Patrón was honored with the BEST TACOS / FOOD AWARD! 🏆🌮🔥 We are incredibly grateful and proud!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported us, and enjoyed our food. We traveled all the way from Las Vegas, and you made every mile worth it!

What an unforgettable 4th of July in Kanab, Utah! 🇺🇸🌮❤️

We had an absolute blast and can't thank everyone enough for the incredible support. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome. The kindness, the smiles, and the amazing atmosphere made this event one we'll never forget.

One of our favorite parts is always meeting new customers and watching their reactions when they take that first bite of our food. Seeing those smiles and hearing all the compliments is exactly why we love what we do.

Thank you, Kanab, for giving us the opportunity to be part of your celebration. We truly appreciate every single person who stopped by our truck.

We want to give a huge thank you to everyone who came out to support us at the Eyes in the Sky event. We had an amazing time serving this incredible community.
From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome. The town is beautiful, the event was fantastic, and the customers were some of the kindest and friendliest we've ever had.
We truly fell in love with Salina and are so grateful to have been part of such a special event. We can't wait for the opportunity to come back and be part of another great event in this wonderful town.

We want to give a huge thank you to everyone who came out to Jim Butler Days in Tonopah, Nevada, and supported us this past week. We had an amazing time meeting so many wonderful people and sharing our food with the community.

We are incredibly grateful for all the love and support you showed us. Seeing so many people enjoy our food truly means the world to us. We were honestly amazed when we completely SOLD OUT a full day before the event ended! We never expected such an incredible turnout, and we couldn't have done it without all of you.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried our food, shared kind words, and supported our small business. Your support motivates us to keep doing what we love.
