🌏 HF Foods Team Travels to China for Ongoing Training and International Collaboration!

We are excited to share that our Head of Sales, Connie Lydick, along with colleagues from our IT & Data department, are currently in China for ongoing training sessions and to strengthen our international teamwork. This trip highlights our commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and providing excellent service to our customers.

During their visit, our team has been conducting comprehensive training sessions for our China Call Center, who have given very positive feedback. Their enthusiasm and support are crucial as we continue to innovate and improve our processes.

Today, our office was filled with joy and cultural appreciation as we celebrated the Dragon Boat Festival together. We immersed ourselves in this rich tradition by watching an educational video, crafting paper Zongzi, and making beautiful Chinese sachets. Of course, we also delighted in tasting delicious Zongzi, a festival favorite!
