I’m not chasing perfection, I’m choosing better, one decision at a time.

And if I’m being honest, once I began my wellness journey, bacon was one of those things I thought I had to give up for good.

But this past weekend I found a way to meet myself in the middle.

I discovered a plant-based bacon and made a BLT sandwich that didn’t feel like I was missing anything.
Just evolving.

Because this season of life isn’t about restriction, it’s about intention.

More protein. Less sodium. Fewer chemicals. Real options that actually feel and taste good.

And the best part?
I didn’t sacrifice the experience. I elevated it.
Fresh hibiscus tea, simple ingredients, and a reminder that healthier choices don’t have to feel like loss.

They can feel like alignment. And I’m all the better for them.

I went to Cooper’s for their breakfast recently and it was everything you’d want from a savoury brekkie. If you pause on the menu you’ll see they offer a brilliant range of sweet breakfast options too, but I’m definitely a savoury person personally

We treated ourselves to a crave-worthy, creative, fun, savory, and sweet meal from all-vegan , located at , open Thurs – Sun.  
  
This is what we savored:
  
Savory Snail – smoky 🐷-free 🥓, egg, cheese, and sweet and spicy Lip-Smackin’ Loganberry pepper jelly on a tender fluffy savory roll. Brilliant flavor contrasts.
