But this past weekend I found a way to meet myself in the middle.
I discovered a plant-based bacon and made a BLT sandwich that didn’t feel like I was missing anything.
Just evolving.
Because this season of life isn’t about restriction, it’s about intention.
More protein. Less sodium. Fewer chemicals. Real options that actually feel and taste good.
And the best part?
I didn’t sacrifice the experience. I elevated it.
Fresh hibiscus tea, simple ingredients, and a reminder that healthier choices don’t have to feel like loss.
They can feel like alignment. And I’m all the better for them.
